Become an Affiliate

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Online Distribution, Inc d/b/a Entrepreneur Dream Platform and the undersigned affiliate ("Affiliate") effective as of the date of acceptance of this Agreement by Affiliate.

1. Affiliate Relationship

Affiliate agrees to promote Entrepreneur Dream Platform products and services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The relationship between the Company and Affiliate is one of independent contractors. Affiliate is not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venture of the Company, and has no authority to bind the Company.

2. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliate agrees to promote Entrepreneur Dream Platform in a professional manner and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Affiliate shall not make any unsubstantiated income claims or misrepresentations regarding Entrepreneur Dream Platform products or services.

3. Commissions

Affiliate shall be entitled to receive commissions on sales generated through their unique affiliate link, as outlined in the Affiliate Program terms and conditions provided by the Company.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party. Upon termination, Affiliate shall immediately cease all promotion of Entrepreneur Dream Platform products and services.

5. Confidentiality

Affiliate shall maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information provided by the Company, including but not limited to customer lists, sales data, and marketing strategies.

6. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings. This Agreement may only be amended in writing and signed by both parties.

By accepting this Agreement, Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
